Why Trust DOB Protocol?

Strategic Partners

Stellar Development Foundation

The Stellar Development Foundation (SDF) is a non-profit organization that supports the development and growth of the Stellar network. DOB Protocol has established a strong relationship with SDF through multiple programs and achievements:

Key achievements:

  • Winner of Stellar Community Fund (SCF) in two initiatives: SCF Kickstart #11 and SCF Build #37

  • Winner of Stellar X Draper University Founder Residency 2025

  • Winner of Stellar x Draper Embark Program

  • Project presentation at Meridian 2025 (Stellar's official conference)

Blockchain Infrastructure

Stellar Network

Stellar Network occupies a central position in DOB Protocol's infrastructure, serving as the foundation for publishing verified metadata via DOB Validator and for future DeFi operations through DobLink. The choice of Stellar reflects the pursuit of low transaction costs and global interoperability, essential characteristics for real asset tokenization operations.

Soroban

Soroban is Stellar's smart contract platform, developed to offer smart contract capabilities with low costs and high efficiency. DOB Protocol uses Soroban to publish verified metadata directly on the Stellar blockchain through BackOffice CMS. Each validated project gains an auditable cryptographic trail, transforming validation data into permanent and verifiable evidence.

Base

DOB Protocol uses Base as the primary blockchain for Investment Rounds and DEX operations. DOB Token Studio Beta was launched on Base, enabling tokenization and real-time distribution of revenues from tokenized projects.

Base is an Ethereum-derived Layer-2 blockchain that significantly reduces transaction costs while maintaining security and full compatibility with the EVM standard.

Ethereum

DOB Protocol develops its smart contracts in Solidity, maintaining full compatibility with the EVM (Ethereum Virtual Machine) standard. This ensures interoperability and potential expansion to other EVM-compatible networks.

Uniswap

Using Uniswap v4 Hooks, DOB Protocol is developing DOB Liquid RWA DEX, which will be the first liquid DEX for Real World Assets. In December 2025, DOB Protocol was accepted into the Uniswap Hook Incubator.

Uniswap v4 Hooks will enable programmatic and transparent liquidity management through smart contracts, making RWA tokens have integrated liquidity supported by real revenue flows.

Palta Labs

Palta Labs created DeFindex, a DeFi protocol on the Stellar network. DOB Protocol will integrate DeFindex through DobLink to enable the "double yield" effect, where yields generated on Base will be automatically reinvested in DeFi protocols on the Stellar network.

DeFindex

DeFindex is the DeFi protocol built by Palta Labs on Stellar. The integration with DeFindex via DobLink will enable the "double yield" effect, where investors in tokenized projects will receive real revenues and additional returns through automatic reinvestment in DeFi.

Soroban Hooks

Soroban Hooks participated in discussions with DOB Protocol about yield infrastructure, highlighting integrations for real-time on-chain signal updates. The collaboration explores how webhooks can automate performance data updates for tokenized projects.

Spice Protocol

Spice Protocol partnered with DOB Protocol to integrate more robust risk tools and real-time underwriting into the ecosystem, enabling continuous assessment of operational and financial risks of tokenized projects.

Ensuro Re Limited

DOB Protocol operations are conducted through Ensuro Re Limited, a legal entity that provides the regulatory structure necessary for statutory segregated accounts. Each tokenized project can have its assets linked to a specific segregated account within Ensuro Re Limited's structure, ensuring legal segregation of assets and liabilities and protection through Bermuda's SAC Act.

Ensuro Re Limited is incorporated in Bermuda (registered 2021) and holds licenses including Class IIGB (Innovative Insurer General Business), SAC certification, and DABA Class M.

BMA (Bermuda Monetary Authority)

DOB Protocol operations are conducted under Bermuda's regulatory context through BMA supervision. Frameworks such as the Regulatory Sandbox and Innovation Hub supported the development and graduation of Ensuro Re Limited.

Bermuda

The regulated structure in Bermuda uses the SAC Act (Segregated Accounts Companies Act 2000) to ensure legal segregation of assets and liabilities of each tokenized project, providing statutory protection for segregated accounts.
